Q: My C3 can’t connect vehicle. Icon show“X”in computer. What can I do ?
A:Maybe C3 RS232 TO RS485 cable have a problem .Or your computer COM port is occupied. I suggest you had better to change a new C3 RS232 TO RS485 cable and a new computer.
